The nominees are people selected upon permanent tracking and analysis of tangible achievements in inspiring people strategies, innovative programs, and smart initiatives. Moreover, nominees must demonstrate clear leadership capabilities and an irreproachable reputation.

Entrants can only be submitted by Jury members, colleagues, peers or mentors and with evidence and rationale on skills, leadership, achievements and role model.
