* Larger tables to accommodate more guests (max. 12) are available on demand only. Please contact our secretariat.

• As the number of tables and seats is limited, the rule first come - first served applies. Seats and tables are only confirmed and validated after payment of the invoice.
• The full list of your guests including company name, name, first name and professional email must be communicated to our secretariat by Friday 21 March 2025 at the latest and by using a dedicated online form that will be sent to you after validation of your reservation. We regret we cannot guarantee to accommodate guests whose coordinates are communicated after this date.
• Cancellations must be notified in writing to the secretariat of the HR Excellence Awards. An administration fee of 50% of the global amount of the registration is due in case of cancellation before 15 February 2025. For any cancellation or change after this date, the full amount is due.
• An invoice will be sent after reception of your registration. Payment must be done within the 30 days following the invoice date at the latest and bookings are only confirmed and processed after payment of the invoice.
• In case of invoicing via accounting platforms, you must refer which platform at the moment of your booking. 
• By addressing a reservation, the client accepts de facto our sales terms and conditions and agrees that they are not adaptable to its own purchase terms and conditions, unless specified in written and approved beforehand by The ARC Group srl/bv. A complete  version of our terms & conditions is available on demand. Anyway, payment term longer than 30 days is not accepted.
